	Couple.e-hosting.com.hk : Terms and Conditions (服務條款) ==================================================== This is a legal Agreement between you and Couple.e-hosting.com.hk ("COUPLE") with regard to your member status of COUPLE. Please read this Agreement carefully before filling up and submitting Member Registration Form (which refers to its Chinese translation, "會員登記表格") or Party Sign-up Form (which refers to its Chinese translation, "Party 報名表格") . By submitting member Registration Form or Party Sign-up Form and selecting "Consent to the Terms and Conditions" (which refers to its Chinese translation, "同意接受服務條款的約束" ) , you are indicating your Agreement to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. This Agreement comprises the entire Agreement between you and COUPLE and supersedes all prior Agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. 1). COUPLE may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of COUPLE's services constitutes an affirmative acknowledgment by you of this Agreement and its modifications and an affirmative Agreement by you to abide and be bound by this Agreement and its modifications. 2). COUPLE reserves the right to modify or discontinue any or all of its services with or without notice to you. COUPLE shall not be liable to you or any third party should COUPLE exercise its right to modify or discontinue its services. 3). COUPLE retains the right to impose or modify any fee or charges associated with your member status or your right to use COUPLE's services with or without notice. 4). COUPLE retains the right to terminate your member status and/or your rights to use COUPLE's services with or without cause and with or without notice. COUPLE retains the right, at COUPLE's sole discretion, to determine whether or not your conduct is consistent with this Agreement and may terminate your member status if your conduct is found to be inconsistent with this Agreement. 5). You may cease to be a member of COUPLE at any time and effective immediately. Such termination shall be accompanied by your written notice to COUPLE. 6). COUPLE may facilitate your meeting with other members and Members of COUPLE. COUPLE shall not be responsible for any dispute between you and other members and Members of COUPLE that may arise. 7). You are solely responsible for your conduct when you use the services of COUPLE. You agree not to commit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or other objectionable act. 8). Your right to use COUPLE's service is personal to you. You agree not to transfer, resell or make any commercial use of COUPLE's service without the express consent of COUPLE. 9). COUPLE does not give warranty to be able to arrange meeting between you and people who entirely suit your requirement which may be given or implied by you. 10). Your request of joining any parties or meetings organized by COUPLE is always subject to confirmation of COUPLE. 11). You are anticipating at your own risk and waive all claims of every nature against COUPLE with respect to any personal loss, illness, bodily injury or death resulting from joining any parties or meetings organized by COUPLE. 12). Whilst COUPLE endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information of other members and Members of COUPLE, COUPLE does not give any warranty on the accuracy of such information. 13). All information in member Registration Form or Party Sign-up Form shall only be used by COUPLE in the provision of COUPLE's services to you, communications with you and internal research. 14). In the provision of COUPLE's services, COUPLE shall have the right to disclose your information and photograph as provided in member Registration Form or Party Sign-up Form and other communications means to any third party. 15). You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of any information provided by you in member Registration Form or Party Sign-up Form and other communications means. If any information provided by you is inaccurate, COUPLE retains the right to terminate your member status and your rights to use COUPLE's services. 16). Should there be any change in your information, you should inform COUPLE as soon as possible. Besides, you can request COUPLE to make changes in your information at any time. 17).
